“ OK, I wanna leave a review just on their pizza because their pizza is the best thing that they make and it's one of the best pizzas in Los Angeles hands-down! I know people who will drive from Palm Springs just to get Petrillo's pizza! If you want to have some of the best pizza in Los Angeles and in the country, you need to come to Petrillo's pizzeria! “ Traditional Italian food in an old school setting with heavy colorful glass lamps hanging over the booths. Great for families. Portions are huge! Please don't get me started on their free house bread.... Pizza portions are hugeee so please ask when you order, our medium can feed 6-8 people! Ridiculous! Warning: the anti-pasta salad is difficult to blend, might have to ask waiter for assistance. So much food and well made, fresh. Service is excellent. Will definitely come back again :) ”

“ Dating back 30 years before my existence, my dad and his family lived in El Monte and their go to pizza joint was Petrillo's in San Gabriel. I continue that tradition today by ordering a pizza for the old man's birthday festivities (beer and horse racing) and it did not disappoint. The quality starting with the crust and the produce used for toppings are premium. Something intimate and comforting about a mom and pop pizza spot that has me coming back for more. ”
